clean/clear title and NO ACCIDENTS!!!!

So i got a gust of wind that is making me want to maybe get rid of some more of my toys so im going to put my 986 boxster up for sale.The car runs good and is a great looking car. Black on Black with a Black Convertible top. The car is in good condition however there are problems with the car. There is a tear on the driver side seat, and the convertible top does not work. When the vehicle was first purchased It was taken to the Porsche dealer to get the top fixed and spent $2,600 to get it fixed. After about 7 hours the top broke again and was told a rod was bent. I have not had time to look into other places to get it fixed just because of my changing priorites. Another issue with the car is a problem i had since i purchased the vehicle, the doors do not lock. The dealer the car was purchased from was supposed to fix it but never did. The vehicle gets a oil change every 3k-5k miles using Mobil1 Synthetic oil. And is babied , i wouldn't hesitate it to drive it anywhere or any day since its been nice out ive been dd' ing it.
