Hmmmm got pics of the origins

Would a 18x 11 -18 fit under a 30mm fender?

yes they would easily. Since u actually have some adjustability on the fenders, ie squeeze em in closer u could get even more clearance.
I hade 18x11.5 -21 under my 50mm but i had to flex em in a lil.

They've never been actually mounted on a car, just taped up.

There rear shot is from having alot of toe-in. Not gap.
