WTB sick wheels for s13--$1500

Have a stock body s13, and in the market for some nice wheels, rpf1's, gram lights...try me.
Anyways I'm in 33618 so if you can get me something right around 1500 shipped, w/ tires is definitely a plus, that would be awesome. Not really looking for mesh. Wheels must be either 17s or 18s with a lower offset and something right around flush. Thanks guys!
