im new to the 240 world so i need some help. i have a s14 sr20 blacktop and i'm running into some problems . my car bogs when i slam on the pedal and at idles the vacuum is at 11. does anyone have a vacuum diagram. and what does FPR mean???... thanks for the help i really hope someone can help me =]

FPR= fuel pressure regulator...

Vacuum should be much higher than that on a healthy non modified motor...

Sounds fuel related. Are you running stock fuel pump or aftermarket?

sweet thanks i've been wondering what FPR meant lol.

it gots aftermarket cams. but should that make it have a vacuum of only 11?

You probably wanna go get yourself a walbro 255 pump. I honestly think its not putting out enough. Its recommended when doing an sr swap. Also get a z32 tt fuel filter. It flows much better.

Oh and maybe you've got a vacuum leak somewhere. Id give that a good look over too.

lol normal driving!??! no only under long periods of high boost should it do that..you can beat on a sr with stock manifold and stock turbo all day and it would take forever for it go glow :tweak:


get a fuel pump bro, its only like $95.
