I think its a starter problem, I was driving fine for the past weeks and all of a sudden my car just dies out on me at a stop light, tried cranking the engine it wouldn't even click. I had to get the car towed to my house, after that i though it was a battery problem got a new battery put it on and fired right away.
Next day I go to turn on the car does not even click like if the starter had gone bad as well; get the car jump-started and its a bitch to start finally it starts take it for a spin, come back park and it just dies like if there was no current going to the car and i hear a buzzing noise pop the hood and its the EGI its just buzzing like it was stuck or something. Turn the key and car is dead.

Any help is good, this is my daily driver and only car.

Here's what i have done so far check for alternator out put current and it seems good 14.5 according to what i check in the fms its 13.5-15 with engine running
Also did a visual inspection for any loose connections or wires that may causing a short every thing looked good.

Yep sounds like a and electrical issue. There is something draining the battery.

Put a voltmeter between the negative battery terminal and negative cable. Now check your readings. After you know your baseline start unplugging fuses one at a time and see where the voltage drops at.
