They are NOT exactly the same...but you can swap bellhousings...gearing is a little different I believe in 5th if I remember correctly and the ka trans's mainshaft skinnies at one point making it weaker. The synchros are also different. So again to your original post...which one are you looking for?

And also are you only needing the trans and not the bellhousing since you posted your thread that way.
