02 Sensor Adaptor ?

I think thats what its called, its a adapter that lets you fit the skinny 02 sensor in your turbo elbow Im sure you guys know what im talking about. i cant seem to find one online, right now I have my wideband in there and my 02 in the exhaust. I'd like to switch them out, I read that the wideband 02 being so close to the turbo will go bad.
