89 s13 hatchback brake booster problem

Woundering if a bad break booster would cause rough idle and if i should replace it

yes it should be replaced, but it wont cause a rough idle UNLESS its causing a vac leak along with the fluid leak

and it looks like the master cylinder is leaking, not the booster
