1992 Nissan 240SX SE Hatchback, Custom Turbo Kit, White

General:
Current owner since ~2000 Purchased at ~160k miles. Current mileage:212k. 97 240SX Motor/transmission swapped in with 20k miles at car odometer=173k. Custom turbo kit installed at same time. Body has not been wrecked - There is some damage on the passenger front fender (slow speed parking collision) and driver rear fender and the rear bumper was replaced due to a small bit of damage on the corner. Needs paint. Practically everything has been replaced, almost all of the work was done in 2001-2002. The car is a 1992 model year, but practically every wear item on the car has been replaced at some time while I've owned it. It is a southern car that has only been in areas that get snow over the past few years, and not driven much; there is very little rust and it is all surface rust. This is not a 16 year old Northern car that has everything rusted through.

Price: 3300 obo

A/C hose broke, was replaced, not bolted in place due to turbo placement (turbo needs to be removed to bolt this hose in place, then can be reinstalled. Will need new dryer and refrigerant to work once hose is bolted up).
Bad paint
Bashed in front passenger fender
Damage near rear driver's fender (~6"X2")
No rear interior panels
Turbo smokes oil, needs rebuild, in process of removing for rebuild
Needs new tires
Windshield cracked
Note: I am working on fixing some of these issues; as they get fixed, the asking price will go up.

Extra parts:
4XS14 SE wheels, painted white. 2 new tires, 2 heavily used/undersized
replacement front upper strut mounts
JIC? coilovers, with 1 blown shock? replaceable.
2 S13 KA intake cams (I think)
1992 240SX FSM, Chilton's repair manual

Some more details: This is a great car with a lot of extras. It has sat for a while. I started removing the turbo to rebuild a while back and never finished. It needs the turbo removed, rebuilt, and put back on. It probably should get new tires, they have sat for a while. The brakes should probably be redone, but it may be ok just to work the surface rust off them.

Some things have changed.

Come steal this from me for $2200. Email me: [email protected]

Seriously, this is cheap enough to have it moved or just gamble on it. It is 100% as described by a long-standing trustworthy forum member from way back. Turbo car with minor work needed to get it running fast again and tons of bonuses. If it ends up as described (which it is), you win huge! But at this price, even if it isn't and I'm a total fraud and it needs something major I haven't described (which it doesn't), you'd still do fine.

Somewhere, I do have dyno sheets. I'll dig them up if someone shows up with cash. I put them up on the internet a few years ago, though, and many people in the 240SX community at the time remember them and have seen the car, rode in it, etc. It used to be in the Atlanta area.

Sorry, I've got a lot of stuff going on right now and need to move this car and don't have time to find them and can't find them on my computer. Besides, dyno sheets wouldn't really prove much anything, as they could be a different car altogether. But if a buyer has cash and wants them, I'll find them for him.

Please contact ASAP. A steal at this price.
