There are no mechanical issues with the car. I've done all of the basic stuff, including flushing the coolant, installing a new OEM timing kit and new water pump, and thoroughly flushing the oil. I've done all the work myself, with a little technical help from ART of Sarasota and KOE Motorsports (http://www.mautofied.com/listing-100373864.htm#) in Orlando.
There are no leaks or noises that aren't supposed to be there. The exhaust sounds are jaw dropping, the brakes only have about 10k miles on them, and Blitz tune is pretty powerful (http://www.mautofied.com/listing-100373864.htm#).

I miss this car, it was a blast to drive, it was my good friends car back when I had my 180sx a few years back. I got lots of pics and info on this car. I know for a fact you're asking too much this.

There is a huge deal going on with skylines right now. The government is seizing them from owners. The only way you can have a skyline that you can guarantee the government cannot seize is to get one and get it bond released or buy one that is already bond released. The problem is that it is extremely expensive and almost impossible to do. I'm not 100% sure but I think that the only ones that you can actually even get a release on are 96-98 R33's because those are the only ones that Motorex submitted crash test data for. Again, I'm not 100% on that. You can google it and get all the actual info. If you want a legit skyline, chances are you will be paying over 40k for it. You can buy them state titled for less than that but without the bond release the "ICE" can show up at your door with paperwork telling you they are taking it and there is nothing you can do about it (unless you have the means to export it within a few days).

....or skylines that are 25 years or older, due to the fact that they do not have to conform to DOT safety specifications, thus they are considered classic cars.

I was doing some reading today and it seems like you guys can import cars already registered in Canada with the proper paperwork in order. And a couple other things in order. I am looking into it further to make sure before i start sending cars down i don't want anyones care being seized.
