Is anyone here a licensed Notary Public of California? I got a few questions and I was wondering if any of you could help me out. If you would like to keep your contact info private, please email me
[email protected] . Thanks.

a Notary Public serves as an impartial witness to the signing of documents, attests to the signature on the document, and may also administer oaths and affirmations.

I just received the first info after many weeks just this morning in the mail so many my questions have just been answered. I would much rather talk directly to whoever is licensed for obvious reasons (efficiency, necessity, etc.) but oh well, beggars can't be choosers. I need to know:
1. Does my commission period begin after the confirmation of my passed exam or after I purchase bonds?
2. Anyone in the La Jolla area wanna swear me in for free?
