What ive checked to eliminate other bad parts.

Walbro works perfect
CAS works perfect
Getting proper fuel pressure
ECU works perfect
Ive tested with another set of injectors same issue

What do you think? Ive stumped myself and I think Efrain (hard to do) lol

Thanks for input

Check the voltage going to the injectors

From an electrical standpoint the injectors will not fire for 2 reasons.1: No 12v or 2: No ground trigger. Verify the injectors have a constant 12v. If that is true, we know it's a grounding issue. Most likely the wiring or ecu. Test the continuity of the injector ground wire pin from ecu to the corresponding injector.

Tip: continuity test is not really conclusive, as it only takes 1 strand to create continuity
but highly unlikely. G\L

Also make sure to check your engine bay fusebox, should be a 7.5-10amp fuse that handles the injector pulses. If that's broken, injectors wont fire. =)

+1 on the grounding.

car is wired painless style so no OEM fuse box

doesn't matter, the injectors is still something that is fused.

That fuse is on the 12v side it also controls ECCS..., I believe, they usually blow thru human intervention! The ecu would be running off of the backup power.
And that's why i said, Verify the injectors have a constant 12v
If there is no 12v ref, then I would have lead him down that road. Good call though!
There's also the wiring at the wheel well area that gets corroded over time, I was also using the 12v signal ref to determine if that was the problem.

Still waiting on verification either way.

anyone have a diagram of the ground trigger system for the injectors/ecu? I'm having the same problem I think.

k sorry took so long back from vacation decided to get a noid light set and test, looks like no power is getting to injectors.

Since i didnt do the harness im going to pass it down to the guy who did it to try and solve issue.

no 12v to the injectors when ignition is on.

Also I dont have ANY chassis harness in the car, just whats needed (lights, turns, etc)

havent tested ignitor, with starter fluid engine runs, so I assumed the ignitor is good. Would I still get spark with bad ignitor?

The injectors are hot all the time. Constant 12v. Your wiring is messed up

This is what ive come down to, person who did wiring is coming by this weekend to get this squared up
