S13 hatch wont start :/

it's got perfect compresion 170 across all 4 cylinders in the KA24DE
i gave it to a shop to complete a 5speed swap when they went to start it and test drive it and guess wut when u turn the key over u get 1 spark and thas it turn it off then turn the key again 1 spark wut s ths and how do i fix it ??:wtf:

start off with double checking all connections. any check engine lights? correct wiring?

Is the battery fully charged?

check spark plugs... and dizzy

make sure ur starter is properly connected... if its not do it, if it is try to turn on and if still nothing, check for a pinch on the wire going to relay. if you see nothing then try to jump start it as if ur stealing the car... hook up jumper cables to another car then the black to your battery and touch the red cable to the starter.. should turn over... i had to do that to my car, cable was cut off under the tape so i couldnt see it was cut...
