I'm going to be machining 240sx axle spacers in the near future.
This will help all you guys out there with super low cars that are blowing you cv joints. These will be spacers located between the inner cv joints and your differential.
Who is interested?

^^ You must be clearly not low enough to have the problem. But its common for S13 mainly but its a great idea!

You no what, I'm not into hondas. Theres people that make there 240s super low and have issues with with blowing axles.
Lengthening them with spacers is a resolution to this problem.

I'd be down. Talk to some of the guys in the Roll Center thread... They were talking about it for a while.

I was sent a message asking about 5 bolt spacers.
Its something I was going to work on after the 6 bolt stuff is squared away.

useless post i havent seen in a while in zilvia.
depending on the price of the spacers, i'll be interested.
Here's a talk about blowing axles and O'reily/kragen has a rebuilt axles with different boots.

The price will be worked out with materials and labor cost. I can grantee it cant be to much to pay for the insurance of not blowing cv boots again.
I'm working to get first prototypes made this week. These will be tested with confidence next week at the Thunder Hill Pro Am Comp on the 16th.
Based on what you say they do I think this is a great idea. I'm not too familiar with technical stuff like this, but it sounds like an inexpensive, worthwhile upgrade. +1 for interest

This is not something very technical. I'm surprised that I might be the first to offer it. This will be a reasonable upgrade for us super dumped 240 drivers.
can't wait to see this. Would be nice if you had these before may 1st.

Yeah people do need them. It sucks when super low cars go of track a little, hit some litlle bumps or something, then its just enough motion to tear a cv boot.
