dadscar12: car only gets into stoich at WOT and 6500+ rpms other than that, lean.
dadscar12: and if i blip the throttle, and let off it goes down to like 200 rpms then shoots to 1,200 then settles at 7...what could cause a lean condition?

what kind of mods to you have on it?
one thing i can think of is that your MAFS may be dirty. This is just a theory by the way but... before your clip or engine got shipped out to you, it may have been sitting around for a minute, during which the hot wire on your MAFS could have been contaminated if it was stored in a lot or wherever. With a blanket of dirt around the sensor, the sensor reads less air than is actually coming in, therefore cutting the injector duty cycle causing a lean condition. Also if you have any mods on the car you may need to re-map your fuel system....im not sure but i think so. Also could be as simple as basic bs but im sure you already checked your fuel filter and fuel pressure. ?? or not
