Pls I need help asap

I'm on my phone. At jiffy Lube. Just got my oil changer on my 2003 sequoia 4.7l v8 2wd. No Check engine new battery It starts but gets to idle at 500rpm. Will stay on for a bit then dies.

It was running great right before I came in. Any help would be very helpful. And I do own a 240. This is my dd pls don't flame just help me

Now it fixed itself. WTF????
