On the flares when you lay them flat how much is the space that they clear?

forgot to mention, the flares are from raceonusa. they are the same style as everyone else makes, the copy originally made from jun. these are the rears, they clear 2", 2 3/8" if you trim off the lip that curls in (which you should so they look right) these were advertised as 2 3/8 when i bought them, or 60mm.

edit: same as these

how beat up is that oil cooler? Where did it come from?

I was told at Touge Factory to be extremely careful when buying used coolers/lines in case of debris being in there that can fuck shit up.

Not trying to thread shit, but this is information that the buyer SHOULD know, so they don't blow up their motor.

not a problem and i dont mind these questions. i would prefer a buyer be fully aware and secure in their purchase. i bought this from an ebay vendor about 3 years ago that sold used nascar parts. they said it was tested and worked fine, came from a top nascar team. it may look beat up, but mostly it is just paint missing with the tubes not damaged. the only possible bad bar might be in the bottom picture across the middle on the right end, it looks like someone pushed a rod across the fins, it is ever so slightly bent, i dont think enough to cause puncture. i never ran it (hence why im selling it) and i never mishandled it or caused any damage while in my possession. however if there somehow are any leaks ill have no problem refunding your money as long as you can show me a vid with your car running and it leaking.

and in terms of debris in the cooler, it was sold to me with those end caps, so nothing could get in. i took it off today and the little oil i saw was clear no dirt no milk. i never took off the caps and id assume whatever nascar team was baller enough to put these on right away not to risk their $$$ engine

as to fitting size, someone pm'd me about that, i got a chance to take one of the caps off today and took it to lowes, using their chart it is a 1/2' flare fitting, which i looked online and that would be -8AN i believe. ehhm, i mean i BALEEDAT its -8 :)
