I have recently done a s13 sr blacktop into an s13 chassis swap. I also have a Walbro pump, but have not installed as of yet, i was wondering how much of a diff there will be in gas mileage using the Walbro rather than the stock 240sx pump.

0 unless its pushing too much fuel for your FPR to handle/regulate.

it also depends on how much you put your foot into it :P

this is one of the most stupid questions ive ever encountered
fuel is regulated by............. wait for it................. fuel pressure regulator
which provides fuel to........... wait for it.............. the fuel injectors (xxx cc per min)
you pump does nothing to change your fuel pressure AFTER the regulator nor does it change your injector size so therefore, nothing changes................... ya damn moron.
I got worse gas mileage when I switched to a walbro, but I think the only reason for that was because the stock pump was going out on me.
I don't know why you are worried about the pump affecting gas mileage when you did a motor swap...

Actually, even with an S14SR, a Walbro, and 555cc injectors I get about 28-29mpg highway. If I do almost 80 the entire way I get over 30mpg (figure that one out). So I would not worry about the fuel pump. Only thing I say is the are a bit louder than the stock, esp if you are at 1/4 tank or so.
