Really seems kinda counter productive if your going to be using the tire for all its worth, sidewall deflection like that cant be good for it... also I think if you need to do this then you need to fix your bodywork and put a proper tire and wheel combo on.... seems like this is the only acceptable form of rice here in the 240 world and I for one am not jumping on this fad!

hey you got me, what was i thinking posting my opinion on zilvia, i should have known better. i never said i didnt like the "people" but its true i dont like stretched tires or the hellaflush look, sue me. and of course you revert to poking at my grammar, because you have nothing better to say

Why care what people do with tires their hard earned money. build a nice car, that demonstrates the tire fitment you prefer, and then post pics to share with us.

No, I poke at your grammar because I find it really hard to take someone's opinion seriously if they come off as being illiterate. I'm also tired of reading all of the cliched Function/Form inequalities. The fact that I merely typed a response, was in itself, "something better to say"...

OP, different strokes for different folks.

Some people like fiberglass body kits, some people like OEM aero. Some people like dished wheels, some people like wheels with spokes. I can go on all day.

This is stupid and pointless. If the owner of any vehicle wishes to lower his/her car, throw some wheels on it with stretched tires, and camber them the hell in, then by all means. It's not costing you anything.

Don't like it? Don't look at it. It's that simple.
