240sx S13 Hatch 89 SOHC

I have a 89 SOHC s13 Hatch that i'm trying to get rid of. I was going to fix it up for my Girlfriend and do a mini project with it. No space for it at the moment, so it needs to go!

It has a SOHC Ka24e that runs really well:

Pros:
CLEAN title in HAND
Runs and pulls hard
Great daily driver
new brakes and rotors
89 so you can get historic tags
tires are great

cons:
dash is cracked
interior is dirty
auto
needs a thermostat

Replace thermostat, and a few exhaust manifold bolts and she is good to go..

Looking for 800 obo

The last owner was in construction hence the filthy interior, nothing a bit of elbow grease and water can't fix.
