Okay so these are basically all either BRAND NEW or in PERFECT SHAPE. there is a big quality difference between some companies cam gears. i have used alot of different companies during my other engine builds and i really liked the quality of tomei and hks in the there cam gears, which would be why i used both of them hah but to get back to your statement...yes a child could possibly make one if he was good with cnc machines (which i doubt) but if he was, i still doubt that it would have anywhere near the quality of tomei and hks
