95 OBD1 ka24de + auto tranny + 5spd tranny

Hi! Im upgrading my 240sx wi'th rb20det so I don't need ka24de anymore, I was planning to do 5spd conversion, that is why I have a s14 MT tranny too.
the engine is coming with everything on it, except for the harness...
175k miles on the motor, 135psi on all cylinders, but drives fine and pulls hard, does not burn oil or antifreeze, still daily drive the car (the engine will be pulled out on Sunday) if you come to look at the engine before that, you will have an opportunity to test-drive it. the engine has a new water pump.
also I will add a flywheel with bolts for 5spd swap. Engine is unmolested (auto tranny)
