You are kidding right. They came as an option I guess over here. My car came with the one thats on it (look below), quite a few did, but not all came with em, and some get ripped off after hitting something.

In London I have yet to see a zenki without the lip.

I think that they just get hosed. The S2000's in Europe and Japan had them, and also the older MKII Supra's had them. It's kind of a useless feature, but I just like the way it looks.

thats how it is over here, but over in Europe, either every 240 ever in a pic was an SE or they all came with the lips.

All S14s I see have lips, all S13s. Every S13 had a color matched Lip everywhere in the World. S14 Zenkis came in black I believe, and koukis I am not sure.
