So I noticed small drops of oil underneath the exhaust side. The leaks seems to be coming from the lower part of the plastic timing belt cove. At first I thought the culprit was the oil drain hose from the turbo but I checked it and it was fine. Any suggestions?

More than likely its your oil pump leaking from behind your timing belt cover

i was thinking the front main seal

That could also be causing the leak

+1 for front main seal. But a picture would help narrow it down. If its ultra dirty with oil and dirt you can clean it up and run the car till it starts to leak again to verify the origin.

ok, so i did the front main seal as well as the timing belt the oil is still leaking. I am going to take a few pictures tomorrow.
By the way, has anyone experience a "flat spot"? My RB25 loses power after about 4k rpm. It feels like the timing is off or fuel cut. It all started when I stalled a manual boost controller that was set to 10psi. It only has basic mods, straight 3in exhaust, and front mount IC. I am getting a used SAFC on friday, i hope the tweek with the piggy back system will fix this issue..
