which is brighter 13 smd led or 24 leds?

uhh - this should be in small questions thread but
depends on output
if you have 1 10mcd led and 1 12mcd SMD led then the smd is going to be brighter. If you have a 10mcd SMD led and 12mcd LED then the LED is going to be brighter.

However, if you have a 120* viewing angle vs a 70*/90* viewing angle then the 120* is better, even if it isn't as bright (unless its a drastic difference)

As well as, 24 led's give you better distribution - even if you have 10 2000mcd led's you will just have 10 bright ass hot-spots compared to, say, 50 100mcd led's where you can evenly distribute it and it will look cleaner, not blind everyone, and probably be more contrasting since its a whole lit up panel
