Maybe OP is planning to chop the top completely?...like a vert then jst tube the rear connecting it to the trunk??......

It's been done out of a coupe as well. OP more than likely prefers the boxiness of the coupe rear.

DreamN is correct. The OP, ME, has the money, time, and skills and tools do turn a coupe into a proper truck.

In my opinion:

1. Silvia Front end = Coupe
2. Truck = Coupe

You can put a Silvia front and can use hatch for a truck, but coupe is ideal and that's what I am looking to buy.
