I have a 93 240sx with sr20 red top. Car won't crank. I get power to the seatbelts, dash, radio, lights, but car doesn't want to turn over. I replaced the 75amp alt fuse, still nothing. So I'm thinking it's either the starter or a bad ground. I have my battery located in the trunk so my ground is set on one of the bolts inside the trunk. Any easy fixes?

Ground, or maybe your nt getting enough power from the battery because your wiring isn't thick enough.

Well I've never had a problem before with my wiring. I'll try switching the ground to another location.

Also the starter motor is working I can hear it when the key is turned, but the engine won't crank.

It's more than likely bad grounds. My car would do the same, the starter was good, battery was fully charged, and the starter relay was good. All my accessories and fuel pump worked fine when I turned the key, but when I would try to start nothing happened.

My old ground from battery to chasis was corroded. I replaced all the grounds with new wires and it solved my problems.

Maybe the ground you're using in the rear is a bad one, or the grounds in your engine bay are bad.

Just curious with your ground problem, did it turn over and not start? Or when you turned the key nothing happened?

Even though your starter motor works it may not be powerful enough to actually turn the flywheel. This could be a bad ground or bad starter. take the starter off and have it checked at advanced auto or some place like that. its a little more work but it eliminates questions.
