When I had my SR Redtop, it had a spiraled wire inside the intake tube to keep it from collapsing at higher boost but the RB that I have now doesn't have the spiraled wire in it. I feel that it's not pulling like it's supposed to at 10psi (stock turbo). If it is collapsing then it will throw off the MAF reading. Does anyone with an RB have the spiraled wire inside the intake tube?

I switched from the stock one to one I made myself. A silicone coupled with a 3 inch 90 degree bend and a silicone coupler to the maf. Of course I switched to a bigger maf....

Look up siliconeintakes.com for the couplers. Don't buy the cheap ebay crap.
