I was wondering what the torque sequence for the flywheel bolts are on a ka24de engine? Ive looked over the fsm a dozen times, searched on here, and googled for the past hour and can only fine the tq specs (105-112ftlb).

I bought this 91 240 coupe in the middle of a 5 speed swap and it only has 5 of the original flywheel bolts. The 6th being the same grade of bolt and the same in shaft/tread size but it has a smaller head/socket size. Will this make a difference if i reuse it with my new flywheel? or should i just spend the $9 for a new one from Nissan?

every time u remove the flywheel bolts, its recommended to replace them because when torquing them they will most like stretch out... 9 bucks is nothing for new flywheel bolts... I recently installed my clutch and i torqued my bolts to 110ftlb.

do it right the first time, if not, it will cost u greater later on... :)

logically i would say a star pattern. starting from far 8oclock-12-5-7-2-and finish at 6. i believe thats how i did it. ><
