shipping and paypal would prolli be $6 in one of those flat rate boxes, the smallest one they have. And itll save you time looking for it, if you're really interested on that lil thing. Naw'mean??

As for the bumper.. its OBO.

But like the picture, im in the process of fixing and repainting it. So yeah...
