Are 5Zigen wheels heavy?

i'm thinking about getting the 5Zigen Copse in 18" 2 piece version +24 offset.
I dont want to buy wheels that are much heavier than stock. Anyone know how much these things weigh?

i dont believe 5zigen wheels are forged. they are mostly cast, but there might be some exceptions. im sure there are quite a few ppl here w/ 5zigen typhoons and a few w/ copse. maybe theyll like to give an insight. actually, now that i think about it, does forging even have anything to do w/ lighter weight? isn't it just stronger than casting.

5zigen does make forged wheels. the FN01-R are forged and weigh about 14 lbs in a 17". the FN01-RC are the same wheel, except cast and weigh 16 lbs in a 17".

the 5zigen copse are pretty heavy. a 17" copse weighs 23 lbs. i don't know what car you have, but i'll tell you this: the s13 alloys and s14 SE rims weigh 18 lbs. so you'll be putting on a lot of weight.
