It's 100% oem. I'm adding more pictures of it, one shows the left side of the wing with the mounting stud, didn't take a picture of the other side but the mounting stud's there.

Yup! I got it back in 05 i believe from a place called red round racing locally here in los angeles. A bunch of japanese dudes owned it and had some friends in japan that exported car parts so all that store did was sell stuff from junk yards. It's been sitting in my garage since i had it shipped from japan, I think my dad may have scratched it a little cause he keeps moving my shit.... But it's super clean.

my cf hood needs more than just a paint job.. it's cracked in several areas, repainted some flat black that's coming off and it fits like complete crap.
