Zilvian gurus...

So I bought a gt2560 from zilvia market place (gt28r I believe although im not sure of the difference...) anyways had a friend help me install it since I would consider myself still as a senior noob on the spectrum and didnt want to F this up.... Anyways this dude who sold it 2 me is a real cool guy and was quick and honest however im hoping I didnt get ripped off.... let the troubleshooting begin!

Everything looks to be correct:

Here is what is going on.... The turbo is internally waste gated....It does not sound like the turbo is spooling up.... wg has no blowoff... it really really lags if u get on it however no misfires nothing like that just is like a sr20 without a turbo.... I have full vacum (25) and it will max out a little under 0 boost but will not boost at all.....

I have tried adjusting the waste gate... redoing my intercooler piping and cuplers and have checked things like if the throttle plate is opening and so on... tomorrow I will take the intake off in the light and see if the turbo is spinning.... but no exhaust leaks really no other problems...

Waste gate seems to be shut..... WGA sems to be functioning (stiff to pull out and snaps back in)

Turbo spins freely, no smoke no leaks

Everything is clocked and fitted correctly (no ghetto rigs)

Intercooler cuplers are 6 months old solid and piping seems secured with no obstructions

I have a perin boost controller that 24 hours ago was functioning fine and the vacum lines off it are new and not dry rotted

Again 24 hours ago my t25 was functioning properly (minus the gaping exhaust leak since the studs on the outlet side were broken off) but still boosting fine, mbc was controlling everything functionally....

WTF is going on!!!

I have the old t25 waste gate actuator... would it work to give that a shot?

everything else basically stock for these concerns

last time i had this problem it was some dudes turbo rsx.. turns out whoever installed the oil lines used teflon on the compression fitting and it found its way into turbo long story short it was seized..
and i know you said yours is spinning great, so im sure its not seized.. but just something to ponder..

i mean maybe the wastegate is opening during boot somehow? like a hole or a leak into it is making it act crazy? hell idk..

maybe the shaft is broken? or messed up somehow?
ooorrrrrrr something stuck in the compressor side air paths?
i assume your fuel and ecu is all good since it was boosting on the t25..
have you tried with the WG unplugged completely? or can you even do that on that turbo? idk

maybe my ranting can help in some way i dont know, i hope you get it worked out soon :)
