Car was built on the premise of a track car that you can drive everyday. Everything on the car is nice, and it works, I took the time to go over everything and make sure everything is in 100% good and working condition. All the bugs have been worked out, I have driven the car over 12k miles since I put it together and have changed the oil 4 times.

Just for all those well wishers and dreamers out there. No, I will not take around 10k for it. The body of this car is worth more than 10k.

Yes, you can buy a lot of nice 240's for 10k, BUT, they aren't like this one.

So hard parts before paint would total to about $5450 before shipping costs. Which you're looking at about 100 for the hood, 100 for the wing, about 2-300 for the kit, and 25-50 each for the smaller stuff. so you could say roughly $6000.

Paint was dupont and the door jambs, under hood, wing and trunk jambs were done too. Plus the rear over fenders were molded to the body, and the car was professionally sprayed. All the moldings on the car appear to be new, and everything fits nice and tight. If you price a job like that at any reputable body shop, you're going to see prices of 5-6k and up.

so realistically the body of this car would cost around 12-14k to reproduce.

Mounting the bov close to the throttle body increases it's response so i've heard. It makes sense, since the air pressure will build at the throttle plate as it shuts. It was then recirculated back to the stock location, but I do have a plug to where you can vent the bov if that is preferred. The way it is hooked up now, you can't even hear the blow off valve at all when letting off the throttle.

Also remember that the front brakes now have 350z track front brake rotors. which are about 2.5 inches larger than the ones on there now I believe. I'll try to get a pic of that here soon.

And don't forget, I mean it when I say dd worthy. The suspension doesn't beat you to death, you have cruise, AC, PS, and a very nice stereo to listen to. The car is tuned to stick to the road and put every bit of its ~240whp down to the ground. The brake pedal feels just right too, not spongey, or like a rock. The clutch pedal feels like the stock pedal, so traffic and hills are of no concern. Very nice working E brake. I put tons of time and effort into not only building this car, but perfecting it.

Is it a 6 speed? You say it's stock, but then mention a turbo kit in your signature?

Since we already bought the civic, trades really aren't that enticing any longer, but it might be easier to sell a stock vehicle than this one.

What condition is it in and what are the options? Even if it was immaculate, i would still need a substantial amount on top, seeing as I'd only be able to sell the IS for around 10k if I was lucky.
