95 240sx ka24de 5 speed p1400 p1320 p0120 need help please

hey guys so recently I have been having some problem with my 240sx its and original 5 speed which had the check engine light on had some codes erased them with a scan tool to see which ones would come back. Now there back

My problem is that when i release the accelerator it feels like as If was still pressing the pedal for a couple of seconds then the rpms begin to drop normally and the acceleration is shity too sometimes

I have the codes
p1400 EGR & Canister Control Valve
p1320 Distributor Signal Interrupt/ No Ignition signal
p0120 Throttle position sensor

My question could these codes be related to one same problem?

your wierd accelerator problem is caused by faulty tps, try to unplug it, see if there is any difference, probably you will need a new one. egr wont effect that. not sure of the p1320. does it starts and idles ok?

ok i will check my tps
I was also able to get some info from mitchell on demand on hot to check the tps and ignition signal but dont have a DMM so will have to wait till tuesday for proper testing
I have been reading and is the p1320 code common on 95s?


yesterday in the mornig turned it on it idled at about 1100 even after 20 minutes of driving.. later that day drove the car an idled fine at 700 rpms. today turn on the car put it in reverse accelerated released the pedle, and the rpms would rev up and down between 1100-1300
