Hey guys
My brake lights were stuck on so I replaced the little nub that touches the brake pedal sensor. The lights now go off but when replacing the nub, I had to press the pedal a bunch of times making it very stiff (with the car turned off). Once I turned the car on and went for a drive, the brake pedal is still really stiff. I can still brake but the brakes are always partly engaged and the pedal will not relax to a normal feel. Before this the brakes worked fine (Q45 fronts). I am considering the vacuum line to the booster...and also the booster length setting (take off the master cylinder and adjust the length). When looking over the vacuum line for leaks, how can I be sure if there is a leak or not without just replacing the hose? Any other ideas about how to get the pressure in the pedal to release?? Any help of suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!
