s13 coupe spoiler on a hatch?

something i've been wondering. i've never heard of this working, but why not? is the coupe trunk wider, or what? i've got about a week left before my car goes in for paint, and i could probably find myself a coupe spoiler if i hit enough junkyards... so why doesn't it fit?

if its like a wangan style..no go. coupe and hatch trunks are very different.

I think he means the stock s13 coupe spoiler.

the stock usdm coupe spoiler is a 'stand' type. so is the jdm coupe, but imo it looks ugly..

but usually, coupe spoilers dont fit on fastbacks, b/c s13 and s14 trucks are a little straighter than the fastbacks' curved trunks. what am i saying, fastbacks dont have trunks. but you know what i mean..

since we're on the topic (sort of), has anybody seen an s14 k's wing on a fastback? i imagine it'd look a lot like a kouki 180 wing, but perhaps different enough to stand out?
