I'm selling a 94 J30 vlsd off a working J30...this will fit into your S13/S14 with the help of some J30 output shafts/axles. It arrives at my house on September 22nd, so I will sell it to the first person to give me $250 plus shipping. I'm selling it because a friend of mine is getting me one and I won't need this anymore. I prefer local pickup, but I will ship if neccessary. Here are some pics of the diff:
