It just isn't fair for the people around the world that wanted to be a part of this contest.

Come by our office and we can share with you how our operation works. Selling or keeping the car doesnt necessarily mean someone is balling or not balling. It's an extra expense we dont need at the moment. There's no profit in the sale of the skyline as we're hoping it goes to a good home. Actually if it goes to someone who isnt going to cut it up is better as its an immaculate example of what a restored Kenmeri should be.



So if Florida and New York is the limiting factors, you could exclude them from the contest. Much like here in Canada, we exclude Quebec from a lot of things.

This 'fairness' Is coming off as an excuse to get some coin back once you realized you were not as 'baller' as once thought.

I mean really, you could have used this properly as a mass marketing, still excluded some of the few states that can't apply, and win big on promotional benefits, but didn't.

We've tried to figure out ways to do the contest but with too many restrictions and posting bonds in states like Florida and New York and limiting the event to the USA only, we're unable to move forward with the Skyline Giveway. It just isn't fair for the people around the world that wanted to be a part of this contest.

Thanks to everyone who helped us out on this giveaway and everyone who supported us on the project.

Some advice for the future...figure all that shit out FIRST then let the internets know about a giveaway. Doing it the way you did just makes you look bad. You live and you learn. Car still looks fresh.

Mark makes lots of money messing around with cars, clothes, stickers, etc. Who cares if loads of bandwagon kids latched on. More money in his pocket. We'd all do exactly the same in his shoes.

At the end of the day, how many of his naysayers have even a small percentage of his success? Says it all really. Mark is a businessman; why the hell would he give up a profitable business model to appease a few scene-snobs?

Thats the thing, I've met Mark before...guys one of the most down to earth guy out in the Bay Area. Guy simply does what he loves doing, drift cars. Just so happen the whole illest shit caught on and paid for him to start his own company and his lifestyle.

Ive met and had a conversation with Mark before as well. Dude really is down to earth and to be honest you wouldn't be able to spot the guy out of a crowd of people, he's that unassuming and humble. He's a really nice guy who like fliprayzin said, just loves cars/the motorsport as much as we do.
