What makes it "for off-road use only"...? Will it not pass emissions? Or just visual? Im in Cali if that matters...

How long for shipping? Where is the distributor located? What kind of return policy/warranty?

exactly. it eliminates the cat and that means they didn't go through the CARB certification.

Distributor is in Ontraio CAnada, but we can get the stuff shipped right from hotshot. The return policy is as usual for this kinda stuff, if it breaks due to a defect replace it. Shipping is usually about a week from the time we get the money.

I have the 3rd generation HS header. No problems here, fitment is perfect on my s14.

My s14 had two cats....a pre-cat and second cat down the exhaust. Yes this header eliminates the first (pre-cat) but connects directly to the second cat afterwards.
