I was looking through old threads and it seems that some s14 owners were able to get front STB's for around $20. I looked on ebay and the cheap stb's are for S13's (around $13-20).
the cheapest front stb bar i could find is Price: $38.00 Shipping & Handling: $10.75. So does anyone know where i can find a CHEAP STB?
eBay should answer your question, but i guess it didn't. Maybe your local performance shop carries them or online shops, or even here on the for sale forum.

OBX are cheap... but why not get a nicer piece like Cusco or JIC... STB's aren't all that expensive anyway....

i got a free pilot strut bar when i bought my tein HE's. i like it. but i have a JIC carbon fiber rear so I'm planning on getting the front the same (just to match) but i'm not sweating it. maybe when i have some extra cash laying around.

not the non-adjustable strut bars on my s14 w/ s14 SR hit/ rub the top of one of my harness on my intake manifold side.
A good one thats not expensive is the Grex (greddy STB), or various pilot/ cusco copies u find on ebay.

As a college student making $6/hr, i dont exactly make the bling to be modding my car. If i can find a $20 bar + 10 shipping i might have to work around 6hrs after tax. But a pilot bar for 45+10shipping I might have to work 11hrs after tax.
Plus from reading the old threads, it seems that almost all strut bars are all about the same. its just a piece of metal thats going across your engine bay. I know you get what you pay for, but it seems that ebay bars are holding up fine

FWIW, Autozone carries Pilot bars. their price is ~45 per iirc.
I ordered my old set from autozone back in the day.
