doing my first nissan swap and want some advice which is better the sr or the rb?

sr is better but rb is just a cooler motor

i really want to know the gas mileage between the two when you drive normal (stay off boost)

some of my friends try to say the rb25 gets the same mpg as an sr.. wtf?

SR is cheaper to get power out of from what I've read, RB cost alot more but it's so worth it in the end.
