:hsdance:Looking for shop space, orange county area.
Either rent some space inside an already existing shop or find another person who wants to lease and split a unit.
I need space for about 2 cars or 1 car and tools wheels etc.
1. If you have an already existing business and dont mind me storing/working on a car there, then that is also acceptable.
2. If you want to share and find a unit together, please have a steady job and budget to pay monthly rent and expenses. I prefer personal use, no business. I dont care if you have some side work here and there but at the moment I want to avoid any heavy customer work. However, there are always exceptions.
