Are 740cc injectors too big for me?

I have a built S14 SR motor (rods, pistons, .20 over, ARP hardware, apex headgasket, etc...) but I am still on stock fuel and stock turbo.

I want to eventually run a GT3071 and shoot for 400whp, but for now I am still on the GT28RS.

So I want to buy enough fuel to support the turbo I want to run eventually, but would 740cc injectors be too much to manage with a GT28RS at 18psi?
