Good price? 95 240 with 142k miles

It's a '95 240SX
Five speed, 142,000 miles
a/c, power windows, power seats, etc
Wants $3,495

It sounds like a good deal, but it's got a bunch o miles. . .

I've only seen small pictures online, but I should be going to see it this weekend or sooner.

Is he asking too much? Too little?

If the body and interior look good, then i'd say go for it. As miles go, it really depends on how the previous owner treated it. But, remember that KA motors are very common and very cheap, and also quite easy to install. So, if worse comes to worse, you could drop in a new KA motor and tranny for under $400 bucks if you do the work yourself.

is it a base model or se? do you care about it having 5 lugs or abs or vlsd? if its a base model, I would bring it down to at least $3200. if its se, pretty good deal and id go for it. =)
