Heater Hoses S13 chassis S14 SR

Does anybody make any of these? I see a few companies have them for S13 chassis to S13 SR. I hate the jerry rig I have going on there right now.

The S14SR outlets are right in front of the heater core inlets on LHD. What jury rigging are you talking about?
