Description:
For the past 4 years this car has been nothing but amazing to me as I took it from a raw base to where it is now. While I still consider it in the middle of the build, it is perfectly cruisable as it sits. I have moved to manhattan, and this car sits at my parents house and gets used once a month... If that. Its never seen a drag strip, road course or autox. Oil is changed every 3 months, along with spark plugs every 6.
In my opinion this car is one of the most unique things you will see in the tuning scene, mixing classic cars w/ new motor and styling. Originally built to be a street/track car, I got caught up in the world of motorcycle racing and as long as that exists I can't see a reason to race a car. That being said
I will consider trades for full size pickups only
I do not need another tuner car, as I will be moving on to something with the ability to get my track bike all over the east coast.
The bad:
slight rubbing on hard bumps on the driver side rear wheel with 2 people in the car. Not really horrible but worth a mention
The paint is like a 6/10-- chips around the fender wells where they were modded to fit the works
The sunroof is unfinished restoration. What really needs to happen is the metal thats in here needs to come out (4 spot welds and some putty) and a fresh piece needs to get welded in, smoothed over and painted.
The passenger frame rail is repaired. Ideally if you are going to race it you should get the beefed rails anyway- but for the past 4 years i have driven it like this without a single issue. The Chassis is straight, it drives true, but again its worth a mention.
