preping bumper

Hey, I wanted to prep these bumper. I was wondering which sand paper I should use. I want to take off the paint and use some bondo.

use 150 grit for the are that you are going to do your body work and prep the rest of the bumper with 500 grit

oh and also clean the bumper with some Wax and Grease Remover
