Dohc Ebay Intake

So my dad bought a s13 today and it has a polished eturd Intake on it
It's fine just one big hose and the small hose on the intake pipe are blocked with bolts? but the big one that goes into the intake itself is connected.

I assume the other big hose goes to the Valve cover now where does the little one go?

Looks like there is a bunch of air hoses underneath the intake on the left side here is a picture if you cant find it i will see if i can get a picture of mine in the morning.
