Buy This 240, or no?

I found a S14 ('97) for sale in my area. Tell me your thoughts on the car with a salvaged title, or rebuilt title. The only thing I can see from the pictures is that the front bumper doesn't seem to fit as well as it should. Right now, I'm leaning against buying it.

The only way I would consider buying that car is if I could get a second opinion on it. Since you're in the area, you could see if the owner is willing to take it to a body shop and have the frame checked for you, at your expense. There are too many questions when it comes to a salvage title car, and the owner's promises that the car is in excellent condition wouldn't be enough for me. Too easy to get screwed here.

well, he says he has nothing to hide.. I would definately ask him if I could take it to a body shop to verify that the car is solid, and straight with NO frame damage or Frame damage repair..

Also, check out the title close. Make sure it's not salvaged anymore.

If it checks out, thats a super deal.
